Please join us for an evening to build community around women’s health and local care options, inspired by the success of “Meno Moves” and the Christmas Dinner. This is more than dinner — it's a movement for women’s health in Hawke’s Bay.

Not at all! This session is designed to be friendly, clear, and empowering—no prior knowledge needed.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes, absolutely. Bring a friend, whānau member, or support person—everyone is welcome.
Is this event inclusive of trans and non-binary people?
Yes. Our approach is gender-aware, inclusive, and respectful of all people navigating hormone-related health.
Will there be a chance to ask private questions?
Yes. You can submit questions anonymously prior, through Slido on the night, and we’ll also follow up with useful resources afterwards.
Is this a sales pitch?
No. This is a community education session—not a product promotion. Our focus is on evidence, experience, and support. And fundamentally Dr Samantha supporting wāhine to connect with their own health care professionals in a positive, informed, empowered (and efficient!) way
